Hrithik Roshan, who will be seen next on the big screen portraying the role of real-life mathematician Anand Kumar in his upcoming film Super 30, took to his Twitter account earlier today, and replied to a tweet by the math wiz. Anand Kumar had tweeted a couple of photos with his students, 18 of whom made it to IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) this year along with others who he expects will get into NIT.
“Passion and grit again scored over poverty. There is an atmosphere of joy. All are happy. Despite stiff odds, 18 students made it to IIT, while the rest are sure to get into NITs .Thanks to all of you.” – Anand Kumar tweeted, to which Hrithik Roshan replied: “Super 30 is a reality which takes place every year. It’s not a celebration of the past. Kudos to this year’s students! I would love to meet all of them.”
Hrithik has been busy with the promotions of Super 30 these days. Little over a week back, when the trailer of Super 30 dropped on the web, fans and the movie going audience was left in awe of Hrithik’s immaculate diction, appearance and the overall vibe of the movie. In fact, Hrithik’s dialogues from the trailer inspired quite a few hilarious memes on social media.
While originally Super 30 was to be released during the Republic Day weekend earlier this year. However, the film was pushed to a July 26 release as post-production work was still left. Later, the film once again preponed its release date when Ekta Kapoor decided to release Mental Hai Kya? which stars Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, on July 26. Now, Super 30 is set to hit theatres on July 12.
The makers also dropped the first song of Super 30 today, which features Hrithik Roshan in a romantic avatar. Titled Jugraafiya, the song has been voiced by Udit Narayan and Shreya Ghoshal and has been beautifully picturised on Hrithik Roshan and his love interest in the film, played by Mrunal Thakur.
